Every printed product will be uniquely made after an order is payed for. It takes a few business days for your product to be printed and made before shipping. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. It will be shipped by the print companies located in the US. Shipping will take 2 to 21 business days, depending on the location. The closer by the US, the faster it goes.

Every Jewelry piece made is also on demand. It takes 3 to 5 weeks for the Jewelry piece to make for you before it will be shipped. The jewelry pieces will be shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping will take 2 to 14 days depending on the country you're in. The closer to the Netherlands, the faster it goes.

RETURN POLICY

Every product is made on demand for you. Therefore it is not possible to return or cancel any products after you paid, because the production process starts immediately so that you have your item on time.

Please be sure you check the right size and color before you proceed to check out.

Except for when there's a misprint, a quality defect, damage or a wrong item delivered.

If there's a misprint, quality defect, damage or wrong item delivered, you can send a photo of the problem to me, and I'll send you a replacement. If the replacement is still defected or damaged. You will get your money back after you have send the photo of the problem to me. You don't need to return the defected or damaged item.
